In 2025 it became a holding company. It backs founders, incubates early businesses, and holds them until they have grown.
Airo Rentals, its first operating business, has run in Mysore since 2020. It was founded by Syed Umer and came under the group later.
The group does not manage money for outside investors, does not advise, and does not broker.
